# Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist (Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Opportunity) ## About Us We are looking for a talented, proactive marketing professional to join our growing team and become an integral part of two purpose-driven organizations. ### After the Action Healing Foundation A nonprofit organization dedicated to providing trauma-informed clinical hypnotherapy services at no cost to military veterans. We have recently been approved for Google for Nonprofits and are preparing to expand our national outreach through Google Ad Grants, fundraising initiatives, strategic partnerships, and digital marketing. ### Imagination Hypnotherapy A rapidly growing clinical hypnotherapy practice specializing in anxiety, trauma, confidence, stress management, habit change, and personal transformation. We combine evidence-based approaches with compassionate care to help clients create meaningful and lasting change. Our mission is simple: **Help people heal and transform their lives.** We're looking for someone who believes in that mission and wants to grow with us. --- ## The Opportunity This begins as a **part-time remote position (10–20 hours per week)** with the opportunity to become a **full-time leadership role** as our organizations continue to grow. We're not simply hiring someone to schedule social media posts—we're looking for someone who enjoys building brands, creating meaningful content, improving systems, and helping organizations expand their impact.
