Summary

Objective Support the brand's growth across the UAE and KSA by developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on brand awareness, user acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth across key digital channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the UAE and KSA aligned with business objectives. • Identify target audience segments, market opportunities, and competitive positioning in both markets. • Establish channel-wise growth plans, performance benchmarks, and expansion opportunities. 2. Paid Media Management • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across: o Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency. • Conduct ongoing A/B testing for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. • Deliver regular performance analysis and optimization recommendations. 3. Brand Development & Positioning • Strengthen brand presence and market positioning across the UAE and KSA. • Develop localized messaging frameworks tailored to each market. • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints. • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand-building initiatives. 4. Social Media Management • Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms. • Create monthly content calendars aligned with key business objectives, local events, and market trends. • Drive audience engagement, community growth, and brand advocacy. • Monitor social performance and recommend continuous improvements. 5. User Acquisition & Growth Marketing • Design and implement customer acquisition initiatives to drive scalable growth. • Improve conversion funnels and user journeys across digital touchpoints. • Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities. • Recommend retention and re-engagement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
