Digital Marketing Consultant for SaaS Product

We're looking for an experienced marketing consultant or agency to help us grow awareness and generate qualified leads for ChatMaven.ai, a SaaS platform that helps businesses automate customer engagement through AI-powered chatbots and workflow automations. About ChatMaven: ChatMaven.ai enables businesses across industries to deploy intelligent chatbots on WhatsApp, Instagram, and their own websites, integrate with platforms like Shopify for e-commerce automation, and set up broader workflow automations to handle customer queries, orders, and support at scale. Our goal is to help businesses save time, respond faster, and convert more leads through smart automation. What We Need: We want a marketing partner who can plan and create high-quality marketing content for our product across: YouTube (explainer videos, demos, tutorials, ads) Instagram (reels, posts, stories, ad creatives) Google (search/display ad copy and creative strategy) Scope of Work: Research our target audience (SMBs and mid-size businesses across industries needing customer engagement automation) Develop a content and marketing strategy tailored to each platform Create marketing content/creatives (video scripts, video edits, reels, ad copy, graphics, etc.) ready for publishing Provide a content calendar and clear guidelines for posting/scheduling Recommend ad targeting strategies and messaging to maximize lead generation Suggest KPIs and help us track what's working Note: Our internal team will handle the actual uploading/publishing of content to these platforms using our own accounts and resources. You will be responsible for strategy, content creation, and guidance — not account management or publishing. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in B2B SaaS or tech product marketing Strong portfolio of video and social content creation (please share samples/case studies) Understanding of lead generation funnels for software products Ability to explain complex product features (chatbots/automation) in simple, compelling ways for a business audience To Apply, Please Share: Your proposed task breakdown (what you'll deliver, and in what timeline/phases) Your pricing/charges for each phase or as a package Relevant portfolio samples or case studies (especially SaaS or B2B tech clients) Your suggested approach to help us generate more qualified leads We're looking to build a long-term working relationship with the right partner, starting with an initial project to evaluate fit. Note: Our corp site chatmaven.ai is still pending with updates for Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify with solid examples and some pricing plans too. We are open to do changes based on your suggestions too. Looking for very cost effective marketing now. We may increase budget once we get some good leads in future. We are also open for COMMISSION BASIS proposal as we may not invest much in the marketing. So do send commission basis proposal too additionally.
