About Us ModLogics is a Glendale-based commercial furniture and workspace solutions company. We serve small to mid-size Arizona businesses going through office transitions, relocations, expansions, and upgrades. We offer full-service solutions: design consultation, furniture sourcing (new and refurbished), delivery, and installation. We have an established HubSpot CRM and are actively building our digital presence across Google, social media, and organic channels. What We Need We're looking for a contractor to lead or support three interconnected marketing channels: 1. SEO & Organic Search Optimize modlogics.com for keywords around commercial furniture, office design, installation, and workspace solutions in Arizona. We are looking for someone to Audit current on-page SEO, implement technical improvements, and build a content calendar that addresses buyer intent at different stages Blog content calendar is in progress (30 days outlined); your role includes optimizing existing drafts and planning future posts We're not focused on liquidation/used furniture in organic—only in paid channels where intent is clearer 2. Google Ads (Search & Display) Manage a Google Ads campaign segmented by vertical (Small Professional Services, Retail/Hospitality, Startup/Tech, Corporate/Enterprise, Healthcare, Creative/Agency) Campaign structure is already set up; we need optimization, bid management, and A/B testing Performance checkpoint planned at 30 days Audience: businesses in Arizona; some geographic expansion possible down the road, but Arizona-focused initially Budget allocation and reallocation based on performance 3. Social Media (Pinterest & LinkedIn focus, potentially Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn: ModLogics business page and Owners personal page; personal page has shown better reach for business inquiries Pinterest: New presence—high opportunity for workspace design, office furniture inspiration, and layout ideas Facebook/Instagram: Lower priority but open to strategy discussion Content calendar alignment with blog posts and SEO themes We're not running campaigns with "liquidation" or "used furniture" messaging on social—focus is value + service hybrid positioning Key Context Single Brand: All marketing uses "ModLogics" only. Target Audience: Startups, growing mid-size companies, relocating businesses, cost-conscious buyers who want quality + service, businesses downsizing. All in Arizona or considering Arizona expansion. Positioning: Value + service hybrid (not discount-only, not ultra-premium); full-service (design through installation); consultant positioning (we solve whole problems, not just sell furniture). Showroom Advantage: Physical presence in Phoenix matters to our market. Manufacturer Relationships: We work with leading furniture brands but are not officially enrolled in manufacturer trade programs—use "leading furniture manufacturers" language, not specific brand names. Website: Live at modlogics.com with all service pages deployed. Schema markup validated. Recent copy updates position ModLogics as partner to designers and dealers, not competitor. What You'll Have to Work With Google Business Profile: Unified under ModLogics Brand Kit: Available for consistency across channels Keyword research: Already prioritized; I'll share our list Blog content: 30-day calendar in progress; Days 1–10 drafted, Days 11–30 outlined; repositions ModLogics as expert narrator Analytics: Google Analytics tied to website; can access HubSpot reporting Scope & Expectations Timeline: Ongoing (ideally 3–6 months minimum to measure results, with checkpoint at 30 days on paid) Deliverables: Monthly strategy review or optimization plan Weekly or bi-weekly reporting on key metrics (organic traffic, ad spend/ROAS, social engagement, pipeline influence) Content calendar updates aligned with SEO + paid strategy A/B test results and recommendations Availability: We need someone who can move quickly, iterate based on feedback, and prioritize based on what's actually driving qualified leads. Communication: Direct, concise updates. We correct course fast and don't need exploratory preambles. Who We're Looking For Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for B2B or service businesses (especially commercial/office-related if possible, but not required) Strong SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO, keyword research Social media strategy experience, ideally LinkedIn and Pinterest Data-driven decision-making; comfort with HubSpot or similar CRM reporting Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels at once Bonus: Background in commercial/office furniture, design services, or B2B service businesses Budget & Timeline Budget: Flexible based on scope (hourly, project-based, or retainer open to discussion) Start: ASAP Availability: We're looking to get started immediately How to Apply: Along with your portfolio or resume, please create a sample social media post for ModLogics (LinkedIn, Pinterest, or both)—should demonstrate you understand our positioning (value + service hybrid, full-service, design-led, workspace transition support) and can write for our target audience (small to mid-size Arizona businesses going through office transitions).
