This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple disciplines. From email marketing and website management to content creation and video production, you'll play a key role in helping AutoVerify execute and scale its marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, cross-functional stakeholders, external agency partners, and freelance resources to support marketing campaigns and ongoing brand initiatives. The Roadmap The Marketing Coordinator role focuses on supporting the execution of AutoVerify's digital marketing, content marketing, website management, and sales enablement initiatives. You will be responsible for helping maintain and optimize our website, executing email marketing campaigns, supporting SEO and GEO initiatives, producing marketing content, and creating engaging product-focused assets that support customer education and lead generation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical marketing skills with excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to embrace new technologies and AI-powered workflows. This role requires regular collaboration with team members across North America. Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT. Duties Email Marketing - Build, test, deploy, and optimize HubSpot email campaigns - Support audience segmentation and list management - Maintain marketing automation workflows - Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Website Management - Publish and maintain website content using WordPress - Create and update landing pages - Update product pages and website resources - Ensure website content remains accurate, current, and optimized Content Marketing - Format and publish blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and other content assets - Support content development initiatives across multiple channels - Assist with SEO and GEO content optimization - Conduct research to support content creation efforts Video Production - Create product walkthrough and explainer videos - Update and maintain existing video assets - Manage content published to YouTube and other channels - Support video content initiatives for product launches and campaigns Sales Enablement - Create and maintain sales collateral - Develop promotional materials and campaign assets - Support product launches, events, and customer-facing initiatives - Social Media Support - Collaborate with AutoVerify's social media freelancer - Support organic and paid social initiatives - Assist with content creation and campaign execution - Help maintain brand consistency across channels Marketing Operations - Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and incorporate recommendations - Assist with campaign coordination and execution - Support ongoing marketing initiatives and special projects - Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and performance using AI and emerging technologies Other Responsibilities - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Other projects, duties, and initiatives as assigned Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or marketing coordinator role - Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing and marketing automation - Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress - Strong understanding of email marketing best practices - Experience creating and publishing digital content - Video editing and video production experience, including product demonstrations or walkthrough videos - Canva proficiency and experience creating marketing assets - Working knowledge of SEO best practices - Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles is considered an asset - Experience supporting organic and paid social media campaigns - Strong written and verbal English communication skills - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment - Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and content creation workflows - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives is considered an asset - Experience in automotive, SaaS, technology, or software industries is considered an asset Must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST/EDT) Bonus Qualifications - Experience creating product marketing videos or software walkthrough videos - Experience managing YouTube channels and video content libraries - Familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar AI tools - Basic graphic design skills beyond Canva - Experience writing blogs, whitepapers, or thought leadership content Application Requirements To help us evaluate your experience, please include: - A current resume - Links to websites, landing pages, blogs, videos, email campaigns, or other marketing assets you have created or contributed to - Examples of video content you have produced or edited, if available
