Job Title: Multifamily Digital Marketing & Growth Manager About Us We are an entrepreneurial real estate and technology company focused on multifamily housing, property management, and PropTech innovation. We're looking for an experienced marketing professional who understands both the multifamily industry and modern digital marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, measuring, and optimizing campaigns that generate leads and drive growth. Position Summary The Multifamily Digital Marketing & Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and business lines. This person will combine technical marketing expertise with creative thinking to increase website traffic, generate qualified leads, improve occupancy, and support the launch of innovative technology products. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly responsive, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI. Develop landing pages that maximize lead conversion. Website Development & Management Build, update, and maintain company websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or similar. Improve website speed, user experience, and conversion rates. Coordinate with developers when advanced programming is required. Implement tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Email Marketing & Automation Design and implement automated drip campaigns. Develop email nurturing sequences for prospects, owners, tenants, and investors. Segment audiences and personalize communications. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. Social Media & Content Creation Develop engaging content across: TikTok Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Create short-form videos highlighting properties, educational content, market trends, and company culture. Build a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Multifamily Marketing Understand apartment leasing and tenant acquisition strategies. Create campaigns designed to increase occupancy and improve resident retention. Market available units through digital channels. Work closely with leasing teams to generate qualified leads. Analytics & Reporting Track key marketing KPIs. Prepare monthly performance dashboards. Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements. Make data-driven marketing decisions. Qualifications Required: 3+ years of digital marketing experience. Experience marketing multifamily communities, property management companies, or real estate firms. Strong knowledge of: SEO Google Ads Google Analytics Email automation CRM systems Lead generation Experience managing social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram. Website development experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Preferred: Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM platforms. Knowledge of multifamily software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, Rent Manager, or similar. Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Video editing experience. Experience launching or marketing PropTech products. Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, you will: Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Improve organic website traffic through SEO. Build automated email drip campaigns. Develop a consistent social media content calendar. Improve lead generation and website conversion rates. Help establish a scalable marketing platform that supports both our multifamily operations and emerging technology initiatives.
