Digital Marketing Expert for US Gym–Content Strategy, Video Editing & Meta Ads (Proposal Required)

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who has worked with gyms, fitness studios, personal trainers, or similar local businesses in the US. This is initially a paid trial project with the potential for long-term monthly work if the results are good. Scope of Work We need someone who can help us create and execute a complete social media marketing strategy for a gym. The ideal candidate should understand content marketing, short-form video editing, Meta Ads, and lead generation. Responsibilities Develop a 30-day content strategy Plan engaging Instagram and Facebook content Suggest educational, promotional, and community-building content ideas Edit Reels and short-form videos Design carousel posts and static creatives (if applicable) Write captions and suggest hashtags Plan posting frequency and content calendar Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns Recommend audience targeting and budget allocation Suggest lead generation strategies for gym memberships Proposal Requirements To be considered, please include the following in your proposal: 1. 30-Day Marketing Plan Please explain exactly how you would approach the first 30 days.
