Phase 2 — Website build: Conversion-focused, service-line structured, mobile-first. Built to generate enquiries, not just look good. Phase 3 — SEO and GEO execution: Traditional SEO (Google, Bing, local search, schema, GMB) plus AI search visibility — we want ORB showing up when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity to recommend a builder on the Central Coast. Ongoing — Retained monthly: Content, optimisation, lead pipeline improvement, and clear monthly reporting on rankings, traffic, and leads.
