Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist – Google Ads, SEO & Website

Baldwin Pro Clean is an established commercial cleaning company in Pennsylvania looking for a part-time Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow recurring commercial cleaning contracts. We are looking for one experienced person who can handle multiple areas, including: • Google Ads / PPC setup and management • Google Business Profile optimization • Local SEO and keyword research • Website and landing-page improvements • Conversion and call tracking • B2B lead generation and prospect research • Helping identify and reach decision-makers at potential commercial clients Our primary targets include medical offices, professional offices, commercial facilities, property managers, and businesses with 10+ employees in Central Pennsylvania. Our goal is not social-media followers or generic website traffic. We need qualified commercial leads that can become recurring cleaning contracts. This will start at approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and potentially full-time work as results and the company grow.
