Type: Long-term, full-time contract (40 hrs/week) Compensation: Monthly base rate + $50 bonus for every job sold from your websites The Project We're an established U.S. construction services company that generates leads through niche branded websites. We already operate a portfolio of 50+ sites, built and run by our current digital marketing manager — and it produces consistent business. That manager is staying right where he is, continuing to run and grow his own portfolio. This is a new, additional position. We're duplicating a model that has already proven successful: a second, fully separate portfolio of 30–50 new websites under unique trade names, with its own dedicated manager. You won't be taking over anyone's sites or sharing a portfolio — you'll build your own book from the ground up and run it as your own operation, in parallel with the existing one. This is a ground-up build, not maintenance. You'll own the entire operation: planning, hiring, building, and ongoing management. This is a digital marketing role only. There are no sales responsibilities — no calling leads, no quoting, no closing. Your job is to build and run websites that generate leads. Our sales team handles everything from there. The $50 bonus simply rewards you when the leads your sites produce turn into sold jobs. Responsibilities Build phase: Plan and launch 30–50 niche websites under unique trade names Write the web development guides and SOPs your team will follow Hire, train, and manage web developers Deploy sites on our existing hosting platform Establish branding, site structure, and on-page SEO for each site Ongoing: Run SEO across the portfolio using AI tools Manage blog and content production Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead volume Improve underperforming sites Report on leads generated and jobs sold Compensation Hourly base rate plus a $50 bonus for every job our company sells that originates from your websites. Your portfolio's production directly determines your upside — no cap. Requirements Proven experience building and managing multiple websites (10+ site portfolio preferred) Strong SEO background, including AI-powered SEO and content tools Experience hiring and managing web developers or writers WordPress (or similar CMS), hosting, and DNS proficiency Self-directed — you get the goal and the resources, you run the operation Strong written English We Provide Hosting platform (already in place) Budget for developers and tools A proven playbook — our first portfolio was built this same way and continues to perform To Apply Include links to websites you've personally built or managed, and a short note on the largest portfolio you've been responsible for and the results it produced.
