About the brands We operate two F&B concepts in Saudi Arabia, both built from the ground up and currently expanding: Midyeci Ahmet ๐Ÿฆช A Turkish-origin stuffed mussel concept โ€” a fast-growing street food brand with a cult following in KSA. Authentic, social-media-friendly, and deeply tied to food culture storytelling. Shrimpasha ๐Ÿค A shrimp-focused fast casual concept offering bold, craveable flavors. Built for a young, social-savvy Saudi audience and designed for rapid brand awareness growth. What we're looking for We need a strategic digital marketing manager โ€” not a content scheduler. Someone who treats our brands as a living business with a market, a calendar, competitors, and real customers. You will own the full digital marketing function across both brands, which means thinking like a CMO, executing like a specialist, and reporting like an analyst. This is a remote role but requires genuine knowledge of the Saudi consumer market, especially the Eastern Province and major KSA cities. Scope of work -Build and manage a monthly content calendar tied to the Saudi events calendar โ€” school holidays, national days, Ramadan, Eid, FIFA, Founding Day, and brand-specific promotions -Manage paid campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat (critical in KSA), and Google (Search + Maps + Display) โ€” not just Instagram and TikTok in isolation -Set and dynamically adjust budgets based on seasonality, campaign performance, and market opportunities โ€” not flat monthly spend -Active community management: monitor and respond to customer comments and DMs across all platforms within defined SLAs -Build smart automated reply flows (DM automation, FAQs, lead capture) using tools like ManyChat or equivalent -Produce and brief genuine, brand-consistent content โ€” minimal reliance on generic AI-generated visuals; preference for creator-led or brand-authentic content -Identify and manage micro-influencer and food vlogger collaborations relevant to the KSA food scene -Use AI tools intelligently: sentiment analysis, competitor tracking, performance analytics, customer insight extraction โ€” not just for content generation -Deliver bi-weekly performance reports with clear KPIs: reach, engagement rate, cost per click, conversion rate, follower growth, and ROI by campaign -Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles for both brands (reviews, photos, Q&A, posts) What we don't want -Agencies or freelancers who follow a fixed checklist regardless of what's happening in the market -Anyone who ignores Snapchat โ€” it remains one of the most powerful platforms for Saudi youth audiences -Heavy reliance on AI-generated images and copy that feel generic and off-brand -Ignoring Google โ€” we need to be visible on Search and Maps, not just social -Flat "set and forget" budget allocation with no responsiveness to performance data -Passive community management โ€” unanswered comments and DMs are lost customers -Monthly reports that just show follower counts without tying activity to business outcomes Required skills and experience *3+ years managing paid social and digital marketing for F&B, restaurant, or consumer brands *Proven experience running campaigns in Saudi Arabia โ€” understands local consumer behavior, platform preferences, and seasonal patterns *Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Google Ads *Experience with DM automation tools (ManyChat, Kommo, or similar) *Comfortable using AI tools for analytics, competitor monitoring, and audience insights โ€” not just content drafting *Strong written Arabic (for community management and ad copy) โ€” English proficiency also required *Ability to brief and direct content creators, photographers, or video editors *Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and local SEO basics
