Core Systems is seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to support one of our rapidly growing clients in the home improvement industry. This is a stable, full-time remote position with strong long-term growth potential for the right candidate. What You'll Do: Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and lead generation metrics Develop strategies to increase web traffic, conversions, and brand awareness Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and retargeting Create and manage email marketing and customer engagement campaigns Collaborate with designers and support teams for creative and branding initiatives Optimize website and social media performance for lead generation and SEO Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies Support overall business growth initiatives within the home improvement industry What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of digital marketing experience Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and lead generation Experience managing and scaling digital advertising campaigns Knowledge of website analytics, social media metrics, and conversion tracking Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools Basic to advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or video/image editing tools is a plus Experience in the home services or home improvement industry is strongly preferred Strong communication, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required Why Join Us?
