About Us We are a small startup ecommerce brand specializing in high-end women’s footwear, with a unique focus on extended sizes. Our mission is to combine luxury, comfort, and inclusivity. We are looking for a results-driven digital marketer who can take ownership of our growth and turn underperforming campaigns into scalable revenue channels. Role Overview You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy across paid ads, organic content, and funnel performance. This is a hands-on role focused on measurable growth, not just activity. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid advertising (Meta, Instagram, and potentially TikTok and Google Ads) Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates Develop and execute content strategies in collaboration with our content team (UGC, creatives, hooks) Oversee and improve the full marketing funnel (ad → landing page → conversion → retention) Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages Work closely with the founder to align marketing with brand positioning and product launches Identify new growth channels (influencers, affiliates, email/SMS marketing) Track KPIs and report weekly on performance and actionable insights Requirements Proven experience managing ecommerce brands (preferably fashion or luxury) Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a track record of profitable campaigns Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions (not just execute tasks) Experience with Shopify and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Understanding of creative strategy and what makes high-converting ads Strong communication and ability to work independently Nice to Have Experience with TikTok Ads or influencer marketing Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization) Experience in premium or niche markets (luxury, extended sizing, etc.) KPIs / Success Metrics Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Cost per Acquisition (CPA) Conversion rate improvements Revenue growth from paid channels Creative performance (CTR, hook rate, engagement)
