Digital Marketing, SEO & Web Development Specialist

Location: Lahore (In-person) Job Type: Full-time About Us We are a multi-sector organization operating globally. We manage Hisar Travel (specialized in Hajj, Umrah & International Tours) and Study in Turkey (a leading study abroad consultancy). We are seeking a versatile, skilled professional to manage web development, SEO, and social media lead generation for both brands. Key Responsibilities 1. Web Development & Maintenance * Develop, customize, and maintain responsive websites for travel and educational consultancy. * Manage themes, plugins, hosting, domain, and security backups. * Optimize website UI/UX for student registrations, tour bookings, and lead generation forms. * Improve page speed and fix technical bugs (HTML, CSS, PHP knowledge required). 2. SEO & Google Ranking * Perform technical, on-page, and off-page SEO to rank websites on Google. * Conduct high-intent keyword research for both travel packages and study abroad programs. * Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and set up conversion tracking. 3. Social Media & Ads Management (Meta & Google) * Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts for both brands. * Create content calendars, engaging posts, and reels for student recruitment and Umrah packages. * Run high-ROI paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). * Track Cost Per Lead (CPL) and optimize ad budgets to generate quality inquiries. Requirements & Qualifications Experience:*4+ years of proven experience in Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing. *Technical Skills: WordPress, Elementor, Basic HTML/CSS, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite. Creative Skills: Canva/Photoshop proficiency for basic designing; strong copywriting (English + Urdu). Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the travel/tourism or education/consultancy sector is a huge plus.
