Social Media Manager for Premium Medical Aesthetics Brands (Long-Term) We are looking for a talented, creative and proactive Social Media Manager to become a long-term member of our team. We are Orphanos Group, one of the leading distributors of premium medical aesthetics products in Cyprus. We represent internationally recognized brands and work closely with doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetologists, aesthetic clinics and beauty professionals. Initially, you will be responsible for managing two Instagram accounts: • Orphanos Medical Aesthetics – focused on doctors and medical professionals. • Orphanos Aesthetics – focused on beauty professionals, aesthetic clinics and spas. If our collaboration is successful, you will gradually take over additional brands within our group. Your Responsibilities Create and manage a monthly content calendar. Design premium-quality Instagram posts, Stories and Reels. Write engaging English captions. Edit high-quality short-form videos. Schedule all content. Respond to comments and basic direct messages when required. Suggest creative content ideas and campaign concepts. Monitor performance and continuously improve engagement and audience growth. Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them where appropriate. We're Looking For Someone Who Has proven experience managing Instagram accounts professionally. Has excellent Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite skills. Can produce premium-looking content for luxury brands. Has strong video editing skills for Instagram Reels. Understands branding, storytelling and audience engagement. Works independently with minimal supervision. Is organized, reliable and proactive. Has excellent written and spoken English. Bonus Points If You Have Experience In Medical Aesthetics Skincare Beauty Industry Luxury Brands Healthcare Marketing Our Goal We are NOT looking for someone who simply uploads posts. We are looking for someone who will become part of our marketing team, take ownership of our social media presence and help us grow our brands with creative, high-quality content. This is a long-term collaboration with significant growth opportunities. Successful candidates may gradually take over additional brands within our group.
