Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO) Role Summary We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO strategy to generate consistent, high-quality leads and improve online visibility. This person should be both strategic and hands-on, capable of running campaigns, analyzing data, and improving ROI across all channels. Key Responsibilities -Paid Ads (Google & Meta) -Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube) -Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns) -Conduct keyword research and audience targeting -Optimize campaigns for lead generation and cost-per-lead (CPL) -A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences -Track conversions using GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager SEO -Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page + off-page) -Keyword research and content planning -Optimize website structure, pages, and metadata -Build and manage backlink strategy -Improve local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization if applicable) -Monitor rankings and organic traffic growth Analytics & Reporting -Track and report performance weekly/monthly -Provide insights on ROI, CAC, conversion rates -Recommend improvements based on data -Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs Must-Have Skills - 3+ years experience in Google Ads + Meta Ads - Strong SEO background (technical + content) - Experience with lead generation campaigns - Strong understanding of funnels and conversion tracking - Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager - Ability to write or direct ad copy and landing page improvements Nice to Have - Experience in construction, real estate, or home services (if relevant to your business) - Basic landing page design (Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce) - Video ad editing or direction experience - CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
