About Us Promonu is a growth-focused marketing and automation agency that helps local businesses generate leads, improve customer engagement, and automate operations using GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and business automation systems. We are not looking for someone who simply posts content. We are looking for a marketer who understands that social media, paid advertising, and automation should ultimately drive leads, appointments, and revenue. Our clients include professional service firms, local businesses, and industry-specific growth systems that we are building under the Promonu umbrella. Position Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who combines strong social media management skills with Google Ads knowledge and a performance-driven mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and measurable results. The right candidate will help manage client social media accounts, support paid advertising campaigns, assist with content creation, and contribute to lead generation initiatives. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth as our agency expands. Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and maintain content calendars Schedule and publish content across platforms Coordinate graphics, captions, and hashtags Monitor engagement and community activity Assist with content strategy development Paid Advertising Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns Assist with Meta Ads campaigns Review search terms and keyword opportunities Help improve conversion rates Monitor campaign performance and budgets Lead Generation & Reporting Track campaign performance Assist with monthly reporting Identify opportunities for improvement Focus on lead generation and conversion metrics rather than vanity metrics Agency Support Work collaboratively with our team Follow documented processes and SOPs Help refine marketing systems for multiple industries Required Qualifications Must Have 2+ years of Social Media Management experience Google Ads Certification (current or recently expired) Experience managing Google Ads campaigns Experience creating content calendars Canva proficiency Strong written English Strong organizational skills Preferred Meta Ads experience Local lead generation experience Experience working with service-based businesses Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) Bonus Points Experience with professional services industries Basic SEO knowledge AI tool proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Basic video editing skills What Success Looks Like You understand that: A post is not successful because it gets likes. An ad is not successful because it gets clicks.
