We are seeking a digital marketing specialist to enhance our niche beauty business. Responsibilities include managing social media ads, implementing retargeting strategies, optimizing conversions rates, and developing a comprehensive growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in consistently delivering high ROAS with social media ads, better acquisition, higher conversion rates and stronger retention, not just more traffic. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Social Media Advertising Management**: - Create, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across Instagram, Facebook and Google Ads. - Analyze performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting objectives and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROAS. 2. **Implementation of Retargeting Strategies**: - Develop and execute retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers who have interacted with our brand. - Utilize data analytics to identify user behaviors and tailor messaging that effectively converts leads into customers. - Research and target lookalikes of our top performing customers. 3. **Website Optimization**: - Conduct regular audits of the website’s performance, making recommendations for improvements that increase traffic and engagement. 4. **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: - Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to track progress and inform future strategies preparing weekly reports of performance of current ads.
