Summary Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Support client onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and a positive experience. Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and communication materials. Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and uphold service levels. Monitor client accounts and transactions, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively. Provide clients with product/service information, updates, and training as required. Manage client complaints and escalate complex cases to senior staff when appropriate. Track and report on client satisfaction, performance metrics, and feedback. Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Contribute to the development and improvement of client service policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards in all client interactions. Requirements Foreign Language: Indonesian Proven ability to work in a virtual team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and readiness to run several clients Experienced in email marketing Understanding of marketing data and web leads Familiar with digital marketing and social media best practices Superior attention to details Curious to learn new tools and ways of working.
