We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing brand with data driven insights, SEO expertise, and strategic social media execution. The ideal candidate understands how to blend analytics, search optimization, and platform specific strategy to drive measurable results. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast moving environment where clarity, quality, and strategic thinking matter. Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis • Optimize website content and metadata • Identify technical SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and competitive landscape • Develop SEO insights that inform content and campaign strategy Data & Analytics • Track and interpret performance across digital channels • Use existing dashboards and reporting tools to study analytics and extract insights • Analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion paths • Provide insights that guide decision making and optimization • Conduct A/B tests and measure impact on KPIs Social Media Strategy • Develop platform‑specific strategies for social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Plan and optimize paid and organic social campaigns • Identify audience segments and tailor messaging accordingly • Analyze social performance and recommend improvements • Evaluate existing creative and content performance, and provide clear recommendations for design, messaging, and content direction based on data insights Marketing Tools & Technical Skills • Proficiency with analytics platforms such asGA4 and Looker Studio • Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) • Strong understanding of tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution • Ability to work with keyword tools, social scheduling tools, and reporting platforms Soft Skills & Working Style We value specialists who bring clarity, structure, and strategic thinking. • Strong communication and ability to explain insights clearly • Critical thinking and problem solving • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Curiosity and willingness to stay ahead of digital trends • Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback • High attention to detail and accuracy Requirements • Proven experience in SEO, analytics, and social media strategy • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and turn insights into action • Experience managing paid and organic social campaigns • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals • Portfolio or examples of past work demonstrating measurable impact Nice-to-Have (Not required but beneficial) • Experience with A/B testing tools • Understanding of brand positioning and messaging Project Type Ongoing part time work with consistent weekly deliverables.
