Digital Marketing Manager (SEO, SEM, SMM & AI Automation) 📍 Location (Hybrid / Remote – Minimum 6 hours per day) 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a high-performance Digital Marketing Manager or Specialist who can manage the full digital ecosystem—from strategy to execution—across SEO, paid ads, social media, and automation. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and AI-savvy, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🔍 SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Conduct keyword research and clustering using AI tools Create and optimize landing pages, blogs, and travel content Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies Perform competitor analysis and identify content gaps Develop scalable/programmatic SEO pages (destinations, visas, packages) 💰 SEM (Paid Advertising) Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads Manage PPC campaigns, bidding strategies, and budgets Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages Improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead (CPL) Generate high-quality leads for travel services 📱 Social Media Marketing (SMM) Run paid campaigns on: Instagram Facebook TikTok Develop and execute marketing campaigns for offers and promotions Build brand awareness and engagement strategies Collaborate with content creators and influencers 📲 Social Media Management Manage daily posting (reels, posts, stories) Plan and execute monthly content calendars Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries Monitor trends and engagement metrics 🤖 AI & Automation (Core Requirement) Use AI tools to generate content (ads, blogs, captions, creatives) Implement chatbot automation (website & WhatsApp) Automate lead nurturing and email marketing workflows Analyze performance using AI dashboards and predictive insights Continuously improve efficiency and scalability using AI tools 📊 Analytics & Growth Track and report KPIs across all channels Optimize campaigns based on performance data Identify growth opportunities and new marketing channels Align campaigns with revenue targets 🧠 Requirements ✅ Experience 3–6+ years in Digital Marketing (preferably in travel industry) Proven track record in lead generation & performance marketing ✅ Skills Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, etc.) Content creation (copywriting, basic video/editing skills) Data analysis and reporting CRM and marketing automation experience is a plus 🎯 KPIs (Success Metrics) Cost per lead (CPL) reduction Lead volume growth (B2B & B2C) Conversion rate improvement Website traffic (organic + paid) ROI on ad spend (ROAS) Revenue contribution ⏰ Working Hours Minimum 6 hours per day Flexible / Hybrid setup
