Summary

Position Summary The Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, referral growth, and caregiver recruitment. This role combines social media management, email marketing, lead generation, business development, content creation, and online brand management. The ideal candidate has experience marketing healthcare services, generating leads, building referral relationships, and creating engaging digital content that delivers measurable results. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Brand Management • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. • Manage and grow the agency's online presence across: o Facebook o Instagram o LinkedIn o YouTube o Google Business Profile o Connecteam (Employee Communication Platform) • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels. • Increase brand visibility and community engagement. • Create and manage monthly content calendars. Content Creation Create engaging content including: • Social media posts • Reels and short-form videos • Recruitment campaigns • Educational healthcare content • Service promotion campaigns • Blog articles • Newsletters • Marketing flyers and graphics • Client success stories and testimonials Email Marketing • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns. • Design and distribute monthly newsletters. • Create targeted campaigns for: o Referral partners o Prospective clients o Healthcare professionals o Recruitment and staffing efforts • Build and manage email subscriber lists. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Generate qualified leads for: • Private duty nursing services • Personal care services • Skilled nursing services • Pediatric home care services • Therapy services (PT, OT, SLP) • Healthcare staffing services Responsibilities include: • Creating lead-generation campaigns. • Developing lead magnets and landing pages. • Managing online inquiry funnels. • Tracking and nurturing prospective client leads. • Implementing strategies to increase admissions and service inquiries. Business Development & Referral Growth Identify and cultivate referral relationships with: • Hospitals • Rehabilitation facilities • Assisted living communities • Skilled nursing facilities • Physicians' offices • Case management agencies • Social workers • Community organizations • Insurance and workers' compensation representatives Responsibilities include: • Building referral source databases. • Conducting outreach campaigns. • Supporting partnership development initiatives. • Tracking referral activities and opportunities. YouTube & Video Marketing • Develop educational and promotional videos. • Create caregiver recruitment videos. • Produce service overview videos. • Optimize video content for engagement and visibility. Connecteam Employee Engagement • Manage company announcements. • Post employee recognition content. • Share training updates and reminders. • Support internal communication initiatives.
