Summary

Scope of work: Verify that no active production services remain dependent on DigitalOcean. Remove all Odoo-related infrastructure and billable resources from DigitalOcean. Delete all associated droplets, volumes, snapshots, backups, networking resources, and related services. Confirm that projected monthly billing has been reduced to $0. Fully deactivate and close the DigitalOcean account and associated teams/projects once cleanup is complete. We do not require any data retention, exports, or backups from the retired DigitalOcean environment. Please provide written confirmation once all services and billing have been terminated.
