Digital PR Outreach Advisor

I am an AI engineer who has built three consumer-facing websites: A hospital price transparency website helping consumers compare healthcare costs. (most important) A grocery price comparison site focused on helping working-class families save money. A board gaming website to help people explore chess-alternatives (lowest priority). I am not looking for traditional SEO or backlink services. Building the software and analyzing the data is something that I already do. I'm looking for someone who can help answer questions like: Which organizations would actually link to this? Which journalists would care? What's the story behind this data? Which pages should I build next to maximize earned media? How to send outreach emails which will get this information cited? Ideally you have experience in: journalism nonprofit communications digital PR public affairs healthcare communications consumer advocacy This is initially a 3–5 hour consulting engagement with the possibility of becoming an ongoing monthly advisory relationship.
