Digital Product & E-Commerce Manager

I'm looking for a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused **Digital Product & E-Commerce Manager** to help transform my ideas into market-ready products. This is not a typical marketing position. I'm seeking someone who can take books, courses, workbooks, journals, digital downloads, merchandise, and educational content from concept to completion. I create the vision, content, and strategy. I need someone who can bring those ideas to life with excellence. ## Your Mission Your mission is to help build a world-class digital product ecosystem by turning ideas into finished, revenue-generating products. You'll own the process from concept through launch while ensuring every product reflects a premium brand experience. ## Responsibilities * Coordinate the creation and launch of digital products * Organize and manage eBook production * Design and format workbooks, journals, planners, and guides * Build and upload online courses * Organize course modules, downloads, and student resources * Manage e-commerce stores and digital product catalogs * Coordinate merchandise development and print-on-demand products * Work with designers, video editors, and freelancers as needed * Manage product launch timelines and checklists * Create and maintain standard operating procedures * Upload and organize products across platforms * Test products before launch to ensure quality * Help expand and organize a growing library of intellectual property ## Desired Experience Experience with one or more of the following: * Shopify * WooCommerce * Kajabi * Teachable * Thinkific * Printify * Printful * Canva * Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) * Google Workspace * Microsoft 365 * Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com * ChatGPT and AI productivity tools ## The Ideal Candidate You are: * Extremely organized * Detail-oriented * Proactive * Creative * Tech-savvy * Resourceful * Deadline-driven * A strong communicator * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Passionate about building premium digital experiences You don't wait for instructions.
