Digital Product Designer & Creator (Canva + AI + Digital Downloads)

I'm looking for a creative long-term contractor to help build a growing library of downloadable digital products for The Experience Files, a new digital resource brand focused on real-world business, marketing, organization, and life tools. These are practical resources built from experience—not generic AI-generated templates. What You'll Create Products may include: Business templates Marketing planners Social media workbooks Content calendars Checklists Workbooks Journals Printable planners Business guides PDF resources Canva template packs Fillable worksheets Challenge guides Reflection journals Small ebooks Resource bundles Most products will range from 5–40 pages depending on the project. Your Responsibilities Take an idea, outline, voice notes, or rough content and turn it into a polished digital product. Design professional layouts in Canva. Create cohesive branding throughout the product. Use AI as a productivity tool, but ensure every product is edited, refined, and genuinely valuable. Source royalty-free icons or graphics when appropriate. Export print-ready and digital PDFs. Organize Canva files for future editing. Help brainstorm additional product ideas based on our niche. Skills Required Canva (Expert) Strong layout and typography skills Experience creating digital products people actually purchase Excellent English Attention to detail Ability to follow brand guidelines Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools responsibly Understanding of marketing, small business, or educational resources is a huge plus Nice to Have Experience selling products on Etsy, Stan Store, Gumroad, Shopify, or similar platforms Knowledge of lead magnets and digital product funnels Basic copywriting skills Experience designing printable planners or workbooks Brand Style Our brand is bright, modern, and energetic. We use a clean white background with turquoise and purple as our primary accent colors, along with charcoal text and occasional yellow highlights. Products should feel polished, practical, and approachable—not overly feminine or like generic Etsy templates. Every product should reflect real-world experience and be visually consistent with The Experience Vault brand. This is a Long-Term Opportunity This is not a one-time project. We're building an entire digital product library and are looking for someone who wants to grow with the brand. There will be ongoing work for the right person.
