Digital Project Coordinator – WordPress to App Migration (Contract, Project-Based)

We're looking for an organized, hands-on Digital Project Coordinator to lead a technical migration project - moving our digital assets from legacy WordPress sites into a new web and mobile app platform (AudioSpace). This is a contract, project-based engagement estimated at 3+ months, with the possibility of extension depending on project scope. You'll work directly with our Director of Digital and internal team, taking ownership of the migration from start to finish - not just executing tasks, but tracking progress, flagging risks, and keeping the whole project on schedule. What you'll be doing: Content & Page Migration: Move articles, posts, and media from legacy WordPress sites into our new CMS backend, rebuilding and formatting pages for clean, on-brand presentation. Graphic & Asset Optimization: Resize, crop, and reformat images and promotional assets to exact web and mobile specs using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Figma Mobile App QA & Store Prep: Run end-to-end testing on our mobile app, capture required screenshots, and compile assets for App Store and Google Play submission. Quality Assurance: Audit migrated pages and apps for broken links, formatting issues, and brand consistency. Analytics & SEO Continuity: Verify GA4 tracking and update Google Search Console properties (sitemaps, indexing, property verification) so nothing breaks in the switch. Project Tracking: Own your own timeline against the migration schedule, proactively flag blockers, and keep things moving without needing to be chased. Vendor Coordination: Work with our vendors and internal team to troubleshoot issues through launch.
