About This Role We're a creative consultancy and AI agency running content production, digital campaigns, and marketing operations across multiple client accounts. We need a Digital Project Manager to own the operational layer on the content and marketing side — keeping projects moving, managing approval chains, coordinating between the creative team and leadership, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role works closely with our Latin America-based team and US stakeholders. West Coast hours (9 AM–5 PM PT) are required. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred — you will be communicating in both languages regularly. You report to the PM Team Manager. You are the person who makes sure the marketing and content operation runs on time, on spec, and without surprises. What You're Doing Day-to-Day Maintain and update project dashboards in Notion — task status, assignees, due dates, progress notes Own the approval chain for content and marketing deliverables — you know where every piece of work is at all times Follow up with team members on open tasks and flag anything overdue or at risk Create and assign tasks from briefs, meeting notes, and session outputs Escalate blockers to the PM Team Manager — you do not sit on problems Coordinate async communication between the Latin America team and US-based stakeholders Keep project dashboards current so leadership can see project health at a glance Work within established SOPs — we have documented processes and you follow them exactly What This Is Not This is not a creative role. You are not writing copy, designing, or developing strategy. This is operational coordination. The value you provide is reliability, structure, and accountability — content moves because you make it move. Required Experience Content or marketing project management — You have managed a content production or marketing operation before. Not just tracked tasks — you have owned an approval chain, managed deadlines, and coordinated between a creative team and leadership. Notion proficiency — You use Notion daily. You understand databases, views, properties, and how to work inside a structured workspace. You do not need to build Notion systems — you need to navigate and update them accurately and without breaking things. Bilingual (English + Spanish) — strongly preferred — You will communicate with Latin America-based team members and US stakeholders regularly. Fluency in both languages is a significant advantage. Async work discipline — You work independently in an async environment. You give status updates without being asked. You do not disappear. Self-direction — You make judgment calls when needed. You do not wait for someone to tell you the next step if the next step is obvious. Strong written communication — Your updates are clear, short, and professional. You communicate status without ambiguity. Nice to Have Experience at a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or content studio Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for workflow and productivity Experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing platforms Prior experience working with distributed, async-first teams across time zones Project Details Type: Part-time to full-time ongoing contract Rate: $11–14/hr depending on experience Location: Latin America preferred — timezone makes LatAm ideal for West Coast coverage Hours: West Coast hours required — 9 AM–5 PM PT (PST/PDT). We are building an AI-integrated operating system for how we run our business — and this PM role is part of that system. We move fast, we document everything, and we need coordinators who are structured and dependable.
