Right now, the biggest bottleneck is technical friction, operational barriers, and heavy administrative overhead. We need a tech-fluent, hyper-organized execution machine who absorbs chaos, builds automated workflows, and clears operational roadblocks. The Deal: The founder lives in the Dominican Republic ( UTC - 4 ) - need adaption to time zone . Compensation: Negotiable (Competitive rate depending on experience and leverage). What you will do: Extreme Range of Tasks: Your daily work covers the entire spectrum. On some days, you will handle simple, repetitive administrative tasks and basic operations that require zero technical skills but devour time and nerves. On other days, you must instantly switch gears to a high-level mindset—troubleshooting software issues, mapping APIs, or setting up integrations when things bug out. Full Ownership: You take 100% responsibility for whatever tech or admin issue needs to be done. There is no "I am overqualified for this." Whether a critical system integration breaks or simply the printer or office hardware stops working—you just fix it. Tech Guard & Operations: Filtering out developer fluff, translating complex technical issues into simple business decisions, and handling daily bottlenecks across time zones to keep the Founder completely focused on growth. Your Profile: Radical Hands-on Mindset: You understand that no task is beneath you. You take pride in clearing the Founder's desk, whether that means solving a tough software issue, dealing with messy data, or fixing broken hardware on the spot. Proven Professionalism: Solid track record, ideally proven within an agency environment or structured tech setups. No casual couch-freelancers—you are used to pressure, fast turnarounds, and real accountability. Deep Tech & Software Fluency: Solid, proven background in IT, technology, or software development. You understand web environments, databases, and digital tools inside out—but you prefer executing and managing over pure code-typing. Speed: You think three steps ahead. If the Founder says "A", you already have "B" and "C" running. Languages: Absolute fluency in English is mandatory.
