Digital Agency - we do 70+ sites a year Looking for a digital PM to assist with new builds Job Summary The goal of a project manager is to ensure the following Projects meet deadlines Staff are working daily Project management software (Monday CRM) is up to date daily Programmers have all the tools they need Upload specifications to Monday CRM Add dates to all tasks and assign tasks correctly Ensure projects are kept to quote, any outside tasks are quoted and sent to Kane Ensure all client posted fixes are completed in timely manner Every Monday complete weekly client update form Help guides of how features work (should be done when testing features) The goal of a website tester (QA) is to ensure the following Test website on Chrome / Edge in desktop mode Test all backend requirements eg: add a blog, add staff member, add seo properties Test on IOS and Android - mobile Note any issues into Monday CRM under the page the task is found on. Time Required Every project is allowed 1 hour per day in project management - thus 5 hours per week When the project has meet the below stages, 5 hours is allowed for testing Testing Stages (5 hours allowed) When programmer has finished all frontend and backend After content has been added When should you be online You should come online in the morning 1st thing to see if there are any urgent tasks, if not when the staff you are project managing (4pm Melbourne time) are online.
