Digital Strategist Needed for Web Agency

Compensation: $4,000/month Commitment: 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday Availability: Must be available during EST hours We're hiring a sharp, commercially minded Website Strategist who can walk into a client conversation, understand what's really driving their redesign, and return with concepts, strategies, and recommendations that make sure their site actually reflects their competitive edge. **What You'll Do** *Client Strategy & Discovery* Lead discovery conversations, uncover business goals and concerns, and identify what a successful redesign needs to solve for. Serve as a consistent, proactive point of contact throughout every engagement. *Competitive Strategy & Positioning* Conduct competitor and market research, then translate findings into a clear point of view on how the client's site can outperform their competitors, not just a summary of what others are doing. *Rapid Concept & Prototype Development* Use AI tools to quickly turn strategic thinking into tangible outputs: site concepts, wireframes, UX mockups, and demo experiences clients can react to and get excited about. *Positioning & Messaging Strategy* Make sure the client's new ideas, products, and services are properly represented and clearly differentiated by the time the site launches. This is about sharpening how they present themselves, not launch planning. *Account Growth & Relationship Management* Build lasting client relationships, spot signals for expansion, and contribute ideas that grow accounts organically.
