Job Type: Fixed Price (Initial Build) + Potential Ongoing Contract Experience Level: Expert Project Length: 1–3 months to start, with view to long-term engagement About the Role I am the founder of an Australian professional services firm (buyers agency and property consultancy) and am looking for an experienced freelancer or agency to create a high-quality AI digital twin / digital human avatar based on my likeness for use in ongoing marketing video content. This is not a one-off task — I need a reliable production partner who can build the avatar once and then efficiently turn around scripted videos on an ongoing basis. If the quality and workflow are right, this becomes a long-term engagement. What the Avatar Will Be Used For Short-form talking-head style marketing videos (30–90 seconds) Content distributed across Instagram, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) Property market updates, service explainers, client education content Professional services audience — tone must be authoritative, polished, and credible Scope of Work Phase 1 — Avatar Build Create a realistic AI digital human avatar modelled on my likeness Clone or closely replicate my voice from a supplied audio/video sample Ensure lip-sync accuracy to supplied scripts (text or audio) Output quality: minimum 1080p MP4, broadcast-ready Phase 2 — Sample Videos (3 x 30–60 second videos) Deliver three complete avatar videos using scripts I will supply Demonstrate the workflow I can expect for ongoing production Include any lower-thirds, branded overlays, or background options Phase 3 — Ongoing Production (if Phase 2 successful) Regular video turnaround from supplied scripts Agreed per-video rate and turnaround time Efficient revision process Reference Materials I Will Provide 5–10 high-quality reference photos (multiple angles and lighting conditions) 1–2 minute natural speaking video for voice and movement reference Written scripts for the three sample videos Brand assets (logo, colour palette) for overlays if required Technical Requirements Realistic, non-cartoonish output — natural skin tones, facial movement, and lip-sync Platform/tool of your choice (HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, Unreal MetaHuman, ElevenLabs, or equivalent) — please specify in your proposal what you use and why Efficient repeatable workflow so future videos can be produced quickly from script alone Source files or platform access provided so production is not locked to a single session Budget Phase 1 (Avatar Build): Please quote separately Phase 2 (3 x sample videos): Please quote separately Phase 3 (Ongoing per-video rate): Please include your standard per-video rate for 30–60 second scripts Milestone payments preferred — I will not pay in full upfront Ideal Candidate Proven portfolio of realistic AI digital human or digital twin avatar projects Experience producing content for professional services, finance, or real estate is a strong advantage Familiarity with Asian social media content formats (WeChat, Xiaohongshu) is a bonus Strong communication, clear revision policy, and responsive turnaround Must be comfortable working across time zones with an Australian-based client How to Apply To be considered, your proposal must include: 2–3 portfolio examples of digital twin or AI avatar work you have completed (links or attachments) The platform/tool you recommend and your reasoning A breakdown of your pricing for Phase 1, Phase 2, and ongoing per-video rate Your estimated timeline for the avatar build and first three sample videos A brief description of your revision and feedback process Generic proposals without portfolio examples will not be reviewed.
