Google Ads Specialist — B2B Health Supplement Manufacturer (Commission-Based, Performance-Driven) About Us We are a European-based manufacturer and supplier of health supplements and nutraceutical products, operating internationally. In addition to our own-brand product lines, we provide privatelabel and whitelabel manufacturing services to business customers globally — meaning we produce custom-formulated or pre-made products that our B2B clients sell under their own brands. We operate across multiple markets and are actively expanding our international B2B customer base. Our sales model is business-to-business: our customers are distributors, retailers, pharmacies, health brands, and private label buyers — not end consumers. We are now looking for an experienced, results-driven Google Ads specialist to take ownership of our digital advertising efforts on a commission-based engagement. This is a performance-only role — your income is directly tied to the new B2B customers you help us acquire. The Role You will manage, optimize, and scale our Google Ads campaigns globally, with an initial focus on search campaigns targeting commercial and trade-intent keywords. Your primary objective is to generate qualified inbound leads from new B2B customers — businesses interested in sourcing, distributing, or white-labeling our products. This is not a consumer advertising role. All campaign activity must reflect our positioning as a B2B manufacturer and supplier. You must have a clear understanding of the difference between B2B trade intent and consumer intent, and your keyword strategy must reflect this at all times. You will have access to our Google Ads accounts and our HubSpot CRM. You will use HubSpot data to understand which inbound inquiry profiles tend to convert into paying customers, and apply those insights to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and landing page alignment. This is a long-term engagement for the right person. We are looking for someone who works autonomously, communicates proactively, and treats this as a genuine business partnership — not a gig. What You Will Do Campaign Audit & Strategy Conduct a thorough audit of our existing Google Ads accounts across all active markets Identify what is working, what is not, and where the biggest opportunities lie Investigate any historical data gaps, tracking issues, or account-level errors Deliver a written audit report and a detailed 90-day campaign plan within 10 business days of starting Ongoing Campaign Management Plan, build, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads search campaigns targeting B2B buyers globally Develop and refine keyword strategies focused exclusively on commercial and trade intent Ensure all ad copy and landing page alignment reflects our B2B positioning Actively exclude or deprioritize consumer-facing keywords unless we explicitly approve them Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions Identify and resolve any platform issues, billing anomalies, or tracking gaps promptly Reporting & Communication Deliver a written monthly performance report by the 5th business day of each following month. This report must cover: spend vs. budget, lead volume, conversion data, attribution breakdown, and your recommended next actions Deliver a brief weekly summary every Monday, summarising the past week's performance and any planned changes Respond to all messages from us within two business days Proactively flag any material changes in campaign performance, budget concerns, platform issues, or obstacles as they arise — do not wait for us to ask HubSpot CRM Integration Regularly review inbound inquiry data in our HubSpot CRM to understand the profile, language, market origin, and conversion behavior of different inquiry types Apply these insights to sharpen campaign targeting and messaging Maintain proper UTM tracking and attribution data so that every new customer sourced through your campaigns can be clearly identified and verified Budget Management You must obtain written approval before making any changes to budget allocation across countries, campaigns, or ad groups — regardless of the size of the change You are expected to propose budget changes proactively, with supporting data and rationale, and to wait for written sign-off before implementing You must never increase the budget or commit new spending without prior written approval under any circumstances What We Are Looking For Essential Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience, with a demonstrable track record of generating B2B leads Deep understanding of B2B keyword strategy and the distinction between commercial/trade intent vs. consumer intent Experience working with or for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, or B2B suppliers — ideally in health, food, cosmetics, or a related product category Proficiency with UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup and maintenance Experience using HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform for lead attribution and performance analysis Ability to produce clear, structured written performance reports in English Strong communication skills — you must be proactive, precise, and reliable Preferred / Bonus Experience with private label or white label product businesses Experience running Google Ads campaigns in multiple countries and languages simultaneously Experience with Google Ads in regulated or restricted product categories Working knowledge of GDPR and EU data protection requirements in a digital marketing context Personal Attributes Self-directed and results-oriented — you do not need to be managed on the basics Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not assumptions Commercially aware — you understand that your earnings depend on real B2B customer acquisition, not vanity metrics Honest and transparent — you communicate problems early, before they escalate Long-term oriented — you are interested in building something that works, not delivering a quick output and moving on Compensation Structure This is a commission-based job. You will earn a fixed commission for each new B2B customer you help us acquire. We expect this structure to be genuinely rewarding for the right person. If you generate consistent, high-quality B2B leads that convert into paying customers, your monthly earnings should grow meaningfully over time. Important: All advertising spend is paid directly by us to the platforms. You are not required to fund any ad spend. Your role is to manage and optimize the campaigns, not to pay for them.
