Digital artist wanted

I have an agency where I do art commissions (pencil sketches) but recently I've become overwhelmed which is ironic because I'm also looking to expand into digital art (even though I'm not very good at it) so I've decided to outsource some of the work. Artworks could consist of: - Paintings - Anime drawings - OC art - Fan art - Character illustrations - Meme-inspired artwork I'm looking for artists who are comfortable working in anime and internet-culture-oriented spaces. A large portion of our audience consists of anime enthusiasts, gamers, and meme enjoyers, so being familiar with popular anime styles, character design, and online trends is a major advantage. Requirements: -Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work -Ability to adapt to different art styles when required -Good communication and reliability -Consistent turnaround times -Ability to work from references and client briefs -Experience with digital art software (Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.) What to include in your proposal: -Your portfolio or sample work -Your preferred art style(s) -Your typical turnaround time -Your rates for character illustrations Whether you can handle multiple commissions per month This is intended to be a long-term collaboration rather than a one-off project.
