We’re looking for a social media marketing specialist to help grow job connection site, a website that connects people with trusted local service companies. The strategy is content-first: create helpful, educational posts for people who actively use AI and social media to research problems before hiring someone. For example, a post about mold should explain what to look for, why it matters, when it becomes serious, and then naturally point people to our site to find a company that can help. We need someone who can: Create short-form social content ideas and captions Target users who use AI tools, search, and social media for home/service-related questions Turn service topics into helpful, trust-building content Write posts that educate first and sell softly at the end Help identify the best channels, audiences, and posting strategy Experience with local services, home services, AI audiences, SEO/social content, or lead generation is a plus. Please include examples of social content or campaigns you’ve worked on, especially anything educational, service-based, or lead-generation focused.
