The Role: We are seeking a results-oriented, part-time Digital Ads Specialist to lead our paid acquisition strategy, specifically focusing on Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook). You will be responsible for translating our premium brand story into high-performing digital campaigns that drive growth and build a loyal community of "discerning pet parents". Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Instagram & Facebook) to drive high-quality traffic and conversions on our Shopify-integrated website. Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize contextual and behavior-based targeting to reach our specific demographic: urban, high-income pet owners (aged 25-45) in KL, Penang, and Johor. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to ensure all ad creatives (lifestyle photography and minimalist visuals) align with Lumi Pets’ "modern luxury" brand identity. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), providing data-driven recommendations to optimize spend and scale effectively. Market Alignment: Stay updated on Malaysian consumer sentiment and luxury sector trends to ensure campaigns remain relevant and competitive. Requirements: Proven Track Record: Experience managing Meta Ads for premium, lifestyle, or design-led brands, preferably within the Malaysian market. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Shopify Analytics; ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights. Aesthetic Sensitivity: A deep understanding of luxury brand communication; ability to distinguish between mass-market "pet store" ads and high-end lifestyle marketing. Localization Expertise: Familiarity with the Malaysian e-commerce landscape, including pricing sensitivity and local consumer behavior. Efficiency: Ability to manage budgets effectively for a growing brand, focusing on high-impact strategies like ROAS optimization.
