We’re a personal development company looking for a direct response creative designer to help produce Meta ad creatives. We need someone who can create scroll-stopping image and video ads that are clean, premium, and built for performance, not just aesthetics. This role may include: • Static image ad design • Short-form video ad editing • Visual concept development • Creative variations for testing • Motion graphics, captions, and overlays • AI-assisted creative production, if relevant You should understand: • Meta ad creative best practices • Direct response marketing • Visual hooks and pattern interrupts • How to make personal development concepts feel tangible • How to create premium creative for an entrepreneur and business owner audience • How to turn copy into clear visual concepts without making the creative feel cheesy or generic This is not a branding project. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, create fast, and help us test multiple creative directions. To apply, please send: 1. Examples of Meta ads you’ve created 2.
