Summary

I run a marketing agency that launches challenges, webinars, and digital products — the Russell Brunson / ClickFunnels style of online launch. I need a graphic designer who already understands that world. Not a generalist. Not someone who's only done logos and brochures. Someone who knows what a challenge launch looks like from the inside: the ad creative, the registration page graphics, the Facebook group assets, the daily emails, the countdown urgency — and can design all of it in one consistent, scroll-stopping design line. The assets you'll be creating (per launch): Facebook/IG ad creatives — statics and variations for testing (hooks, formats, sizes) Facebook group cover images and community graphics Email banners and headers for launch sequences Funnel page graphics — hero images, mockups (books, boxes, laptops), speaker/host images, offer stacks, countdown sections Social assets — story graphics, countdown posts, testimonial cards Slide-adjacent assets — workbook covers, bonus/stack graphics for the pitch You're a great fit if you: Have designed for real online launches — challenges, webinars, or course launches — and can show them Have a strong, consistent design line: one launch's assets should look like a family, not a grab bag Understand direct-response design: hierarchy, contrast, "the click" — pretty is nice, converting is the job Can take a rough brief ("Day 3 email banner, urgency angle") and come back with something usable without hand-holding Are reliable — you hit deadlines, communicate early if something slips, and are reachable during launch weeks Work fast in Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma (Canva is fine for some assets, but you're not Canva-only) Nice to have: Familiarity with the ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel funnel world Product mockup skills (3D book covers, device mockups, offer stack renders) Light motion — animated ad variations, GIF banners Use of AI image tools (Midjourney, etc.) in your workflow How to apply Please include: 3–5 launch-related assets you designed — ad creatives, funnel graphics, or group covers (links or portfolio, and say which launches they were for) One sentence on a launch you worked on: what was being launched and what you were responsible for Your turnaround time for a batch of, say, 5 ad statics + 1 group cover Your hourly rate and availability (especially during launch weeks) Start your proposal with the word "LAUNCH" so I know you read this. First project is a full asset suite for an upcoming 5-day challenge. Nail it and you become our go-to designer for every launch after that.
