We're looking for a fast, reliable direct-response video editor to turn our scripts into scroll-stopping ads. You will NOT write scripts or concepts — we hand you the full script, hook variations, and messaging. Your job is to execute them into high-converting video ads, fast. Must be fluent with the full AI stack: ElevenLabs (AI voiceover) — required Kling / Runway / similar (AI video + b-roll generation) — required Grok + Nano Banana (AI imagery for cutaways) — required CapCut / Premiere / After Effects (editing + captions) What you'll do: Produce 1–2 video ads per day from our scripts Cut 3+ hook variations per concept (we give you the hooks) Add captions, b-roll, VO, sound design, CTA end-cards Fast revisions Pay: Per video, paid weekly. Rate depends on length/complexity — tell us your per-ad rate for a 30–60s DR ad with 3 hook variations.
