Summary

We are one of the top direct response companies on ClickBank, producing high-converting video funnels in the health space. We're looking for an exceptional video editor who can produce high-quality direct response videos quickly while maintaining an obsessive attention to detail. This is not a YouTube or cinematic filmmaking role. This is direct response marketing. Your job is to create videos that keep attention, maximize engagement, and ultimately help drive sales. –––––––––––––––––––– What You'll Be Editing Video Sales Letters (VSLs) Fast-paced editing Heavy use of B-roll Music and sound design VO synchronization Text animations and subtitles Attention-grabbing visual pacing Typical B-roll duration: 1–1.5 seconds per clip Intros You'll create entirely new intros and stitch them onto existing VSLs for split testing. These are extremely important because we test intros aggressively. Deliverables include: Fast-paced editing B-roll Music Voiceover synchronization Text animations Subtitles Upsell Videos B-roll Text on screen Subtitles Thank You Videos Text on screen B-roll Subtitles –––––––––––––––– Expected Workload This is an ongoing position with a variable workload. –––––––––––––––– Full-Scale VSL Launches New VSL launches are relatively infrequent, typically occurring every 2-4 months. When a new VSL is produced, you'll be responsible for delivering a complete VSL packet, including: The main VSL Thank You Video Upsell Videos Intros and leads Target turnaround: 7-10 days –––––––––––––––– Ongoing Optimization & Intro Testing The majority of your work will revolve around optimizing existing VSLs through aggressive intro testing. Responsibilities include: Creating new intros from provided scripts and voiceovers Using B-roll, AI-generated assets, or a combination of both Stitching approved intros onto existing VSLs Managing multiple intro iterations and revisions Because we test at high volume, fast turnaround is essential. Target turnaround: 12-24 hours Before uploading a completed VSL with a newly stitched intro, you must first submit the standalone intro for review and approval. Once approved, you'll then deliver the final stitched version. –––––––––––––––– Technical Requirements For all projects: Export at the lowest possible file size while maintaining excellent quality Organize projects files cleanly Maintain consistency across multiple versions and iterations –––––––––––––––– AI Usage We strongly prefer editors who actively leverage AI tools to improve speed and efficiency. Examples may include: B-roll sourcing Caption generation Asset organization Audio cleanup Workflow automation Research and ideation We care about results and turnaround times.
