## Who we are ## We run two seven-figure brands in the manifestation and alternative healing space. Our model is a classic low-ticket-to-high-ticket funnel: we acquire customers with products under $50 and scale them up to high-ticket programs on the back end. Not a freelancer collecting one-off gigs – someone who wants to grow with us as we scale to more brands. We need to produce ~10 ad concepts per week. The ads are 1–3 minute Facebook ads in German, edited to feel like native short-form content. Each ad has 3–5 hook variations (the first 3 seconds vary) followed by a shared main body. About the German part: You don't need to be a native speaker, but you need enough comprehension to cut on the right beats – to know when a sentence ends, where a punchline lands, and where pacing should breathe. If German is a complete black box for you, this won't work. ## What you'll be doing ## - Editing 5–10 Facebook ad concepts per week (1–3 minutes each), each with 3–5 hook variations (so essentially 1 concept = 3-5 hooks +1 body) - Generating AI assets where needed: talking heads, b-roll, scenes, voiceovers - Hitting a 7–9 day turnaround per batch (typically Friday-to-Monday or Monday-to-Monday) ## What you need to be great at ## - Direct response editing for Facebook: - Visual hook crafting: you understand why a visual hook works in the first 1.5 seconds - Pacing and pattern interrupts that hold attention through the body - Subtitle/caption styling that converts We don't care which editing software you use. We care about output. ## How this engagement works ## 1. Paid test project – 1 video with 3 hook variations. We pay your rate. This is how we evaluate fit. 2. Per-video flat rate for ongoing work after a successful test. 3.Monthly retainer on the table once we know we work well together. We'd rather pay a fair rate for great work than chase the cheapest editor.
