Direct Response Video Editor for Meta Paid Ads (Talking head mostly)

We're a paid-ads team running Meta campaigns and we need a video editor who lives and breathes direct-response ad creative — not brand films. You'll be cutting ads built to retain viewers (strong 3-second hooks, tight pacing, pattern interrupts, captions, sound design), iterating on winning ads by attaching new hooks to proven bodies and producing variations for testing, and re-cutting voice snippets pulled from different ads into clean new edits. We want someone who's ideally been inside an ad-creation workflow and understands why a hook works, not just how to attach one — collaborating as part of the team and turning edits around fast. You must have proven, demonstrable experience editing Meta ads that ran with real spend (UGC/talking-head and testimonial experience is a plus).
