Summary

Hello! We are a SaaS company with about 40 people. We are looking for someone with the ability to manage the customer experience team. We have a team of about 8 onboarding specialists who help new customers to get set up in the system and 5 customer support team members who respond to tickets and chats from customers. We are looking for a manager to oversee the overall customer success team, make sure customers are on track, and implement processes and systems to improve the functioning of the team. If you have experience leading the customer facing team for a SaaS company, we'd love to hear from you!
