About Us ---------------- Clear Choice System Marketing (CCS) is a remote-first marketing technology company helping local brick-and-mortar businesses dominate their markets. We help local businesses get found online and grow their customer base through local SEO, done-for-you marketing, social content production, and AI-powered customer communication tools. Our clients are nail salons, restaurants, contractors, med spas, and other local service businesses across the U.S. Why This Role Exists Right Now ---------------- Our fulfillment team produces work including content, GBP posts, social media, and web. As we grow, that operation needs a leader. We're hiring a Director of Fulfillment to take ownership of the production side of the business so the rest of the team can focus on growth. This is an internal-facing role. You won't be on client calls. Client relationships are owned by our Chief Client Officer and Client Success team. Your job is to make sure the work we deliver to those clients is consistent, on time, and meets our standards. The Role ---------------- You will own: - Team leadership - Direct management of our remote fulfillment team members across content production, GBP posting, social media, and web development - Workload distribution, deadline-setting, and quality assurance across all client work - Performance feedback and development of team members - Helping interview and onboard future fulfillment hires Operations ---------------- - Building and refining the systems and SOPs that keep client work consistent and on time - Owning fulfillment metrics: production volume, quality, deadlines, and consistency - Identifying and fixing process gaps before they become problems - Reporting to leadership on fulfillment performance and team health Cross-functional partnership ---------------- - Working closely with the Chief Client Officer on client priorities and feedback - Coordinating with the Client Success team on account health and escalations - Working with the Chief Operating Officer on hiring, ops infrastructure, and team scaling - Sharing retention as a measured outcome with the Client Success function You're a Fit If You Have: - Experience in a marketing, SEO, or digital agency environment. - You don't need to be an SEO expert yourself, but you need to understand the work the team does - Strong written English. The role is internal-facing, but you'll be communicating constantly with team members and leadership in writing - Excellent organizational and systems-thinking skills. You build process, not just execute - Experience working remotely with international team members across time zones - Comfort with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management platforms Details ---------------- - Engagement: Full-time salaried contractor (outcomes-based, no hours tracking) - Availability: Meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours required for team meetings and leadership syncs - Trial period: 30-day paid trial before committing to long-term engagement - Tools we use: ClickUp, Google Workspace, Gather, WhatsApp, GoHighLevel, Ahrefs, Local Falcon Compensation ---------------- - Salary: Starting at $1,500, depending on experience and region - Performance bonus: Bonus structure tied to client retention - Strong candidates above the listed range may be considered if their experience warrants it.
