DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & GROWTH About Us We are a rapidly growing healthcare consulting and medical billing company specializing in Medical Billing, Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) Applications, Residential Habilitation Services, Placement Services, and RCFE Consulting. We work closely with assisted living facilities, healthcare providers, and community partners throughout California. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a Director of Operations & Growth who can serve as a key leader within the organization. This person will help oversee our team, improve accountability, drive growth initiatives, manage performance, and help scale the business. Position Overview This is not a traditional sales management position. We are looking for someone who can act as a second-in-command and help oversee day-to-day operations while driving company growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing people, capable of building systems, and willing to lead by example. You will work directly with ownership while overseeing team members across sales, marketing, administrative support, and service delivery functions. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management • Manage and oversee sales representatives, virtual assistants, and report writers • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews • Establish clear expectations and accountability standards • Track employee performance and productivity • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions • Present recommendations and operational updates to ownership Sales & Business Development • Develop and monitor sales KPIs • Track lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue goals • Assist with sales training and coaching • Help improve sales processes and follow-up systems • Participate in sales calls when needed • Lead by example and support team members in closing opportunities Marketing Oversight • Coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns • Oversee email marketing efforts • Manage lead generation strategies • Coordinate with outside marketing vendors and contractors • Monitor advertising performance and ROI • Identify new opportunities for business growth Operations Management • Help oversee Medical Billing operations • Help oversee ALW Application workflow • Help oversee Residential Habilitation report workflow • Help oversee Placement Services operations • Improve systems, workflows, and internal processes • Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions • Ensure projects move forward efficiently and on schedule Performance Metrics The Director of Operations & Growth will be responsible for monitoring and improving: • Revenue growth • Lead generation • Lead conversion rates • Sales performance • Client acquisition • Team productivity • Project completion timelines • Customer satisfaction • Operational efficiency Ideal Candidate • Strong leadership and management experience • Experience managing remote teams • Experience building systems and processes • Strong sales and business development background • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Experience in healthcare, medical billing, assisted living, senior care, or consulting is a significant plus What Success Looks Like Within the first 60 days, we expect this individual to: • Establish KPIs for all team members • Create accountability systems and reporting structures • Improve sales follow-up and lead management • Help streamline internal workflows • Identify growth opportunities • Become a trusted leader within the organization • Reduce owner involvement in daily operational tasks Compensation $2,500–3,500/month plus performance incentives To Apply Please provide: • A brief summary of your leadership experience • Examples of teams you have managed • Experience with sales, operations, and marketing • Any healthcare, medical billing, senior care, or consulting experience • Why you believe you would be a strong fit for this role
