Director of Programming Therapist To Therapists® Position: Director of Programming Employment Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours/week) Compensation: $25/hour Location: Remote (U.S. applicants only, Eastern Time Zone preferred) About Therapist To Therapists® Therapist To Therapists® exists to care for the helpers. We provide continuing education, professional development, business education, wellness programming, and community for mental health professionals through workshops, retreats, conferences, and our membership community, The Therapist Connection. We're looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and creative Director of Programming to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our educational and community programming while ensuring an exceptional experience for facilitators, partners, and participants. Position Summary The Director of Programming serves as the strategic lead for all educational and community programming at Therapist To Therapists®. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing workshops, continuing education events, community programming, retreats, conferences, sponsored educational events, and group coaching programs from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences. The Director of Programming reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Head of Operations to ensure seamless execution across the organization. Responsibilities Programming Strategy & Development Lead the planning and execution of Therapist To Therapists® educational programming. Develop annual and quarterly programming calendars. Identify new workshop, CE, and event opportunities aligned with company goals. Brainstorm innovative programming ideas that support therapist growth and well-being. Ensure programming aligns with the organization's mission and brand values. Continuing Education & Events Oversee all Continuing Education workshops and educational events. Coordinate timelines, speaker communication, and event logistics. Ensure all programming meets quality standards and participant expectations. Support retreat and conference planning and execution. Manage event schedules and programming calendars. Facilitator & Speaker Management Recruit, onboard, and support workshop facilitators and presenters. Serve as the primary point of contact for facilitators throughout the planning process. Coordinate contracts, presentation materials, biographies, and event logistics. Ensure facilitators have everything needed for successful presentations. Community Programming Oversee programming within The Therapist Connection membership. Supervise the Community Manager and provide ongoing support and direction. Collaborate on monthly member programming, networking events, support groups, and wellness events. Ensure consistent, engaging experiences for community members. Group Coaching Programs Coordinate curriculum, scheduling, materials, and participant experience for group coaching programs. Support onboarding, communications, and program logistics. Partnership Programming Coordinate educational webinars and events with brand partners. Collaborate with the Head of Operations to ensure partnership deliverables are fulfilled on time. Serve as the programming lead during sponsored educational events. Project Management Manage programming timelines using Asana. Track deadlines, deliverables, and event progress. Create systems and workflows that improve programming efficiency. Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. Team Collaboration Participate in leadership meetings. Collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of Operations, Community Manager, and contractors. Support continuous improvement of programming processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. Experience managing educational programs, trainings, workshops, or events. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable leading meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom. Experience with Asana or other project management software preferred. Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. Passion for supporting therapists and advancing the mental health profession. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Highly organized and proactive. Schedule Up to 20 hours per week Flexible scheduling with availability during Eastern Time business hours. Attendance at weekly leadership meetings and occasional evening programming or live events is required.
