Remote | Long-Term Opportunity The Compass Circle, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Sales Operations to build, manage, and scale our inside sales organization. This is NOT a cold-calling role. We already have products, marketing, CRM systems, automations, and lead generation in place. We're looking for someone who can build a world-class sales organization from the ground up. About Us The Compass Circle operates multiple business divisions, including: - Transportation & Logistics - Government Contracting - Real Estate Development - Digital Education Our offerings range from digital products to premium consulting and investment opportunities. Our objective is to create a predictable, scalable sales engine. What You'll Do You will be responsible for building and leading our sales department, including: - Recruiting and hiring sales representatives - Interviewing and onboarding new team members - Developing sales training programs - Creating sales scripts and objection-handling guides - Building sales scorecards and KPIs - Coaching and mentoring sales representatives - Leading daily sales accountability meetings - Reviewing call recordings and improving conversion rates - Designing commission structures - Managing CRM pipeline activity - Building follow-up processes and SOPs - Creating a high-performance sales culture You'll Work Closely With - CEO - Project Manager - GoHighLevel Automation Specialist - Marketing Team - Operations Team Tech Stack - GoHighLevel (GHL) - ManyChat - Twilio - Notion - Google Workspace - AI Tools Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has: - 5+ years managing inside sales teams - Experience building remote sales organizations - High-ticket sales leadership experience - Strong recruiting and coaching skills - CRM management experience (GoHighLevel preferred) - Data-driven decision-making and KPI reporting experience - Excellent spoken and written English - A professional, neutral accent suitable for coaching, interviewing, and leading meetings - Availability during U.S. business hours First 30 Days Your initial objective is to build the foundation for a scalable sales department by delivering: - Sales department structure - Recruiting strategy - Hiring process - Interview process - Training curriculum - Sales playbook - Call scripts - Commission structure - KPI dashboard - Daily reporting system - First sales team hired and onboarded Compensation Initial Build Phase (First 30 Days): - $250–$400 per week Successful candidates may transition to a long-term leadership role with: - $1,500–$2,500 per month - Performance bonuses - Team performance incentives How to Apply Please include answers to the following: 1.
