Director of FP&A

Sharpe Credit Partners is a private credit firm seeking an experienced Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis across three affiliated entities: Sharpe Credit Partners, Sweet Leaf Finance, and Exoticar Finance. This is a part-time, hourly contract position with a steady workload starting immediately. Title: Director of FP&A — Alternative Credit / Lending Experience Required (Part-Time, Hourly) Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across multiple lending entities - Build and oversee financial models and reporting packages - Own investor-facing financial reporting and analysis - Partner directly with leadership on strategic financial analysis and decision support Requirements (strict — please do not apply if you don't meet these): - 10–15 years of total FP&A experience, including at least 5+ years at the director/senior-manager level in lending at financial institutions - Alternative credit experience strongly preferred - Must NOT be primarily from tech, consumer, consumer goods, or private equity backgrounds — we need lending/alternative credit experience specifically - Strong Excel/financial modeling skills - Ability to start immediately and commit to a steady part-time schedule
