Discord Community Build — “Finotive One” Multi-Product Server Architecture, Branding & Custom Bot Development Project Overview Finotive is a financial technology group operating four distinct products — Finotive Funding (proprietary trading), Finotive Markets (execution-only trading), Finotive Futures (futures trading), and Finotive Pay (international payroll & multi-currency withdrawals). We are consolidating our existing Discord presence into a single, unified, professionally designed community server called “Finotive One.” We have already defined the full channel architecture, role structure, and onboarding logic internally (see attached blueprint). What we need now is a specialist — or small team — to build it out professionally: clean visual branding, a polished onboarding experience, and custom bot functionality that goes beyond what free tools can offer. Think of the experience we're aiming for as similar to leading prop-firm communities such as Tradeify's Discord (30,000+ members), where a single, well-organized server serves multiple account types and trader journeys with a slick, professional onboarding flow — but adapted to our multi-product structure across Funding, Markets, Futures, and Pay. What We Already Have To save you time and avoid back-and-forth on fundamentals, we are providing: -A complete channel architecture spreadsheet (5 tabs) covering all categories, channels, visibility rules, and ownership across all four products -A defined role structure (Funding User, Markets User, Futures User, Pay User, Staff) -Pre-written channel topics and pinned welcome messages for every channel, in English -A working draft server already built on free tools (Carl-bot reaction roles) that can serve as your starting reference — you are not starting from a blank canvas -A competitor benchmark analysis (FTMO, FundedNext, FundingPips, The5ers, Blue Guardian) Scope of Work 1. Visual Branding & Design -Finotive One brand logo (will be provided) -Custom emoji set for the four product lines (Funding / Markets / Futures / Pay) to be used in role selection and across channels -Category and channel icon treatment for a clean, premium look (similar visual polish to Tradeify or FTMO's Discord) -Consistent color coding per product line carried through embeds, banners, and bot responses 2. Custom Bot Development This is the core of the project. We need a custom-built (or heavily customized) Discord bot — not a reliance on free tiers of Carl-bot/MEE6 — covering: -True button-based product selection in #choose-your-products (multi-select: users can choose one, two, three, or all four products) with branded button labels and icons, not plain reaction emojis -Automatic role assignment/removal tied to the above selection, with the ability to toggle products on/off at any time -A ticket system integrated directly into each product's #create-ticket channel, automatically routing tickets to private threads visible only to the user and Staff, with the correct product context attached -A moderation queue for select channels (e.g. #wins-and-payouts) where members can submit content (e.g. payout proof) that requires Staff approval before being posted publicly -Server analytics/insights dashboard or integration we can use for internal reporting (member growth, channel activity, ticket volume by product) -Nice-to-have: ability to later connect this role system to our internal dashboard via API, so funded-trader status can automatically grant/revoke Discord roles 3. Server Build-Out -Full implementation of the provided channel/category architecture across all four product lines plus shared Welcome -Gate and internal Staff areas -Correct permission structure: private-by-default categories that unlock only via role assignment -Slowmode / posting-restriction configuration where specified (announcement-style channels: Staff-only posting, members can react) -Quality assurance: a full test pass with multiple test accounts simulating different product combinations before handover 4. Documentation & Handover -A short admin guide (PDF or Notion doc) explaining how to manage roles, bot settings, and ticket routing going forward -Credentials/access handover for any bot hosting, dashboards, or third-party services used -One round of revisions after initial review What We're Looking For -Proven experience building custom Discord bots (Discord.js, Discord.py, or similar) — please share 2–3 examples of servers or bots you've built, ideally in finance, trading, gaming, or SaaS communities -Experience with Discord server design/branding (icons, banners, embeds) — a portfolio link is appreciated -Familiarity with role-based permission architecture on Discord at scale (multi-thousand member communities) -Clear, proactive communication — we will be working closely together throughout the build Bonus: experience with prop trading, fintech, or financial services communities specifically Timeline & Budget We are open to proposals on both timeline and budget structure — fixed-price or milestone-based are both fine.
