Discord Community & Growth Manager

Discord Affiliate Community & Growth Manager | TikTok Shop / Ecommerce We are a fast-growing men's skincare and grooming brand looking for an experienced Discord Community & Growth Manager to build, grow, and manage our private community of TikTok Shop affiliates and creators. This is NOT a basic moderator position. We need someone who can turn Discord into an active affiliate growth engine that drives creators, content, and sales. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Discord Setup & Management Audit and optimize our existing Discord Build clean channels, categories, roles, permissions, and onboarding Set up bots, automations, notifications, and moderation tools Organize creative assets, promotions, product info, training, winning content, and affiliate resources Manage the community daily and keep affiliates engaged Affiliate Recruitment & Growth This is a major part of the role. Actively identify and recruit TikTok Shop affiliates Conduct direct creator outreach Bring existing affiliates into Discord Build referral and recruitment programs Re-engage inactive affiliates Identify and develop high-potential creators Build repeatable systems for affiliate acquisition and activation We want someone constantly thinking: Where do we find more quality creators, and how do we get them posting? Engagement & Activation Build programs that move affiliates from: JOINED → ENGAGED → POSTING CONTENT → MAKING SALES → CONSISTENT CREATOR This can include: Creator challenges and contests Leaderboards, rewards, and giveaways Winning hooks and content examples Product launches and promotions Affiliate education and creative ideas Recognition of top performers Re-engagement campaigns WHAT WE CARE ABOUT You should be comfortable tracking: Affiliate recruitment • Active affiliates • Activation rate • Content produced • Community engagement • Retention • Affiliate sales / GMV We care about results, not just member count. WHO WE WANT Strong preference for proven experience with: Discord + TikTok Shop + Affiliate Recruitment + Creator Outreach + Ecommerce/DTC Gaming, crypto, NFT, or Web3 Discord experience alone is not enough unless you can show how your experience translates into affiliate growth and ecommerce. SHOW US RESULTS In your application, include: Discord communities you've personally managed and starting members → ending members What YOU personally did to grow and activate them Affiliate, creator, ecommerce, or TikTok Shop experience Creator/affiliate outreach experience and measurable results Screenshots/examples of Discord servers you've structured Any measurable engagement, content, revenue, or GMV results COMPENSATION $25–$40/hour depending on demonstrated experience and results.
